Fellowship Events
Old Stone Church is "GOD'S SPIRITED FAMILY OF CHRIST".
Fellowship programs throughout the year are an important part of our family life. Our congregation understands the value of time spent in Worship with our Lord and fellowship with one another. We truly enjoy the time we spend together.
Below are some additional ways we enjoy fellowship and worship our Lord. We welcome you two join us! (Please refer to our Calendar Page for a "current month" listing of Events and Activities for any changes and additions to this list.)
* OX ROAST & DEACONS BAZAAR ! (October)
This is the major event of the year for Old Stone. The Ox Roast and Bazaar, held in the early Fall, has been here for over 40 years and draws hundreds of people from all the surrounding counties. The beef is cooked all night in a fire pit here on the church grounds and the side dishes are made by the women of the church. The proceeds are designated to a particular cause, which is determined prior to the event.

* WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY - The women of the church will meet every Friday morning at 9:30 a.m. for bible study. This lively group reads, reviews and discusses books based on Christian living & values and how their lessons can be applied to every day life. This group meets October through May.
* FLEA MARKET - The Old Stone Flea Market is an event that is looked forward to by many people in the county. Donations come from all around and there are many treasures to be had by all! Proceeds are designated each year to support a given need. Funds from the 2011 event were designated to be used for the Youth Workcamp. The Flea Market is held in MARCH.
* SOUP LUNCHEONS - Soup Luncheons are held several times a year. The offerings help with the youth activities and workcamp. Dates are listed in the bulletin well in advance.
