We at Old Stone value our worship as not only a way to praise and honor God, but also as a way to experience God.

Those who visit Old Stone, as well as congregation members, would agree that our worship is spiritually energetic and uplifting, keeping the utmost integrity of the Bible.  We use a blend of time honored music and liturgy along with the new praise music and worship styles.   Old Stone will never close a door where we feel God is leading our worship.

All are welcome to participate in worship by:

  • Leading prayers
  • Reading Scripture
  • Music (choir, special music, chime choir, praise team)
  • Drama
  • Children's Sermons
  • Other creative means glorifying God
Adult Sunday School (9:15 a.m. Sundays - Suspended for the summer, will resume in September)
This season the Adult Sunday School will be studying the "Twelve Parables of Jesus" by Maxie Dunnam.  Many of us have heard the parables of Jesus - the parable of the talents, the parable of the prodigal son, the parable of the wise and foolish virgins, and the nine others.  But, as our life experiences accumulate, we bring a fresh eye to the Scriptures.  The parables deal with people and life and everyday events.  Whether you are encountering these parables for the first time, or for the first time again, we welcome you to come study them with us as they offer lessons for living in the kingdom of God.
