Old Stone Presbyterian Church welcomes all individuals seeking God’s love, and keep our doors open to every soul seeking to welcome Jesus into their hearts. We invite you to open your heart and allow His grace to penetrate into your soul.
Our church stands as a beacon of hope in Delaware County. We are a place of acceptance, peace and joy to all who are moved to join us. We are a local congregation of the Presbyterian Church (USA), and a member congregation of the Presbytery of Scioto Valley.
What to Expect
What to Expect at a Service
Here at Old Stone, you will hear every Sunday that we're glad you're here. We mean it: we care more about that you are here than how you are dressed. You may see a few ties, but most people will be dressed comfortably.
You will see some kids, and some older folks, and a mix of people in between.
There is both a bulletin and a screen, hymnbooks and lyrics projected.
The Lord's Supper (communion) is served on the first Sunday of each month and special Sundays (Christmas Eve, Easter, etc.). We use grape juice; no alcohol is used. Gluten-free bread is available.
We practice an open table: just as Jesus did not turn people away, neither do we.
